1 Star – Received a Used Product, Replacement Denied

I had a very disappointing experience with Thrive.

I received a product that appeared to be used, not new. The packaging showed clear signs of prior use. As soon as I noticed the issue, I contacted customer support and requested a replacement.

Instead of resolving the problem, Thrive denied my replacement request, even though I had received a product that was not in new condition.

If you are planning to buy from Thrive, I recommend carefully inspecting your order immediately after delivery and documenting everything with photos or videos before opening further.
